My participant forgot their password. Is there a way we can reset it?

Instruct your participant to reset their password using their email via the “Forgot password” link on the participant login page. The system will email a password reset link directly to the participant. The participant will need to click the link in their email, set a new password, and log in to the system using their new password.

Reset your participant’s password via the Forgot password link:

1. Click the “Forgot password?” link on the participant log in page: https://participant.groupwisdom.tech/forgot-password
2. Enter a valid account email.
3. The system will email an account password reset link directly to the participant’s account email.
4. Click the link in the email.
5. Reset the password.
