End of Term Options for Your License 

At the end of the license term, we can extend your license term, export your data, or store the data until you are ready to access it again.  

Option Price Details
Single Project Extension $400 per quarter; $1,100 per year Extend beyond the 2-year term.
Annual License Extension $1,200 per quarter Extend beyond the 1-year term.

Data Retention Policy and How to Access Your Data 

Licenses must be activated within 1 year of the invoice date. A Single Project license has a term of 2 years and ends at the second anniversary of your license activation.  An Annual license, in which you may have unlimited projects as the owner of the license, terminates on the first anniversary of your license.  On these dates, your access to the application is blocked.  

CSI retains your project data for one year after the license term is ended. You must renew or extend your license to access the data to download, analyze, or run reports during that year.  

CSI offers two options for you to have access to your data after your license term is reached. 

  • Raw Project Data Transfer puts the raw data in your hands, without access to groupwisdom.  CSI will download and package your raw data files and forward them to you. You can request a raw data download here: Sales@groupwisdom.com  
  • Data Retention Service allows you to keep your data on CSI’s platform, for an agreed upon time.  This allows you to access the data through the groupwisdom platform in the future, with the purchase license extension. You can purchase a Data Retention Service and license extension here: Sales@groupwisdom.com
