Group Concept Mapping Design and Practice Course
The Essential GCM Course
$1,600 per trainee (discount with additional registrations)
Group Concept Mapping Design and Practice focuses on GCM concepts, processes, techniques, and tools. During the course, participants will learn what to consider when designing a GCM project, the underlying principles of GCM, and the best practices for a successful GCM project.
Course Details
- 16 hours of instruction on planning and conducting a GCM project, taught in eight 2-hour online sessions over 4 weeks. (schedule below)
- Lectures and project workshops lead by a team of experienced GCM researchers.
- Small class size to allow for discussion and maximize interaction.
- Hands on experience with groupwisdom™. You will receive access to a demo project to explore settings, data entry, and reports.
- All sessions are recorded, allowing you the flexibility to catch up if you miss a session.
- Homework for skill building, including hands-on practice in groupwisdom™
- A comprehensive set of GCM workbooks, complete with step-by-step instructions, checklists, and templates.

July 1st: Survey Development – Follow Steven as he illustrates how to use groupwisdom’s demographics platform for simple surveys.
July 15th: Offline Data Collection – With an analysis pipeline built in, groupwisdom™ allows users to import and analyze data collected offline. Let Steven show you how!
