groupwisdom™ activity invitation links

How do I generate an invite link to send to my participants?

Project administrators commonly use activity invitation/registration links when inviting participants. These invitation/registration links are available for each activity or a combination of activities. Use the three horizontal dot menu at the top right of each activity page to copy the activity invitation/registration link. Alternatively, project administrators can choose to add participants to the project, pre-assign the participants to activities, then provide the participants with a generic participant log in link.

After you decide which kind of invitation link you are going to send, you can choose to use the Project Messages (only for email accounts pre-assigned in the project) in groupwisdom or use your own email manager to send the invitation to your participants.

Read through the sections below to learn about the steps to generate different invitation links for your project activities.
